Delete your FollowBoost account

You can ask us to delete your FollowBoost account and its data at any time.

How to ask

1. Open FollowBoost and note your invite code from the Earn screen (it identifies your account).
2. Email [email protected] from any address with the subject “Delete my FollowBoost account”, your invite code, and your linked phone number if you added one.
3. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, device links and backup details (phone number, Google email).
• Profiles you added, their analytics history, connected social accounts and scheduled posts with their media.
• Notification tokens and app usage data linked to your account.
• Your coin balance. Unused coins can't be refunded or moved.

What we keep

Purchase and wallet transaction records are kept for up to 8 years where tax and accounting law requires it, then deleted. Orders already sent to delivery partners can't be recalled.
