Do I need to share my password?
No. FollowBoost only uses your public username and public profile data. We never ask for your social media password.
How long does delivery take?
Every pack shows an estimated delivery time before you buy, and the order screen shows live progress. Times are estimates and vary by post and account.
What if my counts drop?
Counts can drop over time. Eligible packs show a refill window before you buy; if counts drop inside it, you can request a refill from the order screen.
What happens to my coins if an order fails?
If an order fails or is canceled, the coins for the undelivered part go back to your wallet automatically.
Can I cash out coins?
No. Coins are for use inside FollowBoost only and can't be exchanged for money.
I changed phones. How do I keep my coins?
Link a phone number or save your recovery code in Settings → Backup. On the new phone, recover your account with it and your wallet comes with you.
